We make it our priority to offer the best shipping experience we can. Every set is inspected by hand in Brisbane before it ships, and if anything's not right, we'll make it right.

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50 AUD internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during national holidays, or periods of high demand.

These are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

Check your tracking link first — it was sent to you by email when your order shipped. If tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, email us at hello@gemstonedice.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused, free from signs of use or damage beyond what was present on arrival, and in their original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If you need to return an item, email us at hello@gemstonedice.com.au with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product. We'll reply with return instructions, usually within 24 hours.

Return shipping is free for Australian customers. International customers are responsible for return postage — we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of the timeframes above. For minor faults, we'll offer a free repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
