Are your dice balanced?

Yes, our dice are designed to be balanced for casual tabletop settings. While some minerals may have visible colour or texture variations, we expect there to be very minimal spatial differences in density.

Do you make the dice?

We do not make the dice. We work with a number of skilled craftspeople, for whom we procure materials and provide instruction on the design.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

Australia orders, typically 4-6 business days shipping.

US orders, typically 7-9 business days shipping.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship globally.

Do you take orders for custom designs?

If there's an engraving pattern that you would like to see, you are welcome to email us with a detailed description or visualisation at hello@gemstonedice.com.au. We may have it created and released in the near term as a product.

If it's something super specific like initials or a logo, it doesn't hurt to ask and see if we have a solution for you.

Will my dice beat the Big Bad Evil Guy in one hit?

That's a great question. While our dice are powerful, the real magic lies in your DM’s hands. Let's trust they are wise to call only for rolls that they're ready to honour. Roll responsibly!

Returns due to Change Of Mind

If you're not 100% stoked, chuffed or over the moon about your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different product. In all cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We ensure that every single set is inspected when our inventory is received. If something has gone wrong, we would want to make things right, and help you out with a speedy refund or exchange.
